Large main door flat with one en-suite bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and also a separate shower. Toiletries are supplied. There is a separate W.C. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The living room has two couches, a smart TV with Freeview, DVD player & WiFi. On street parking only. There are bus stops to Edinburgh (approximately 50 mins) and the coastal towns of East Lothian just outside your front door. Self check in makes arrival more flexible. Strictly no smoking or pets.

Rustic Chic Victorian Edinburgh Flat

Incredible Victorian flat that has been fully modernised and with an industrial design this flat is completely unique . Recently fully refurbished to the highest standards , the photos are great but don’t do it justice the flat is outstanding please feel free to read the reviews . Two secs from the kings theatre and just over a mile from the Edinburgh castle this apartment is ideal for exploring all the best that the city has to offer on foot. !!NO PARTYS !!! thanks Clinically cleaned daily!

This quaint and unique place is close to Dunfermline town centre, Pittencrieff Park and a short walk to both bus and train stations for access to Edinburgh etc. Dunfermline has many historical sites including an abbey. The flat is situated on a quiet residential street with free on street parking. Guests have the use of the property owners garden and patio. The flat has it's own rear access with security lighting. PLEASE NOTE this property is over 100 years old and has lower ceilings of 195cm.

Self contained upper villa flat. Two bedrooms: one double bed and one with single bed. Comfortable lounge area and well equipped open-plan kitchen. Roslin is a small village within commuting distance of Edinburgh with a regular bus service, including night buses. Free wifi. Roslin's famous Rosslyn Chapel is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Ideal for sightseers and the more active with lovely walks in Roslin Glen and nearby Pentland Hills. Secure storage can be provided for bikes.

This is a lovely self catering, first floor apartment in a quiet area of Musselburgh. A short walk from the harbor, beach, play park and shops. Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. "We stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing! We slept peacefully. We loved this apartment and wished we could stay here longer." (Guest review 2019)

It is a lovely newly renovated self-contained annexe with private entrance close to Edinburgh Airport with easy access by train to Edinburgh (18 minutes) and Glasgow (50 minutes) from Uphall Station which is a short 15 minute walk from the property. Ideally located for guests attending Edinburgh Festival, The Royal Highland Show or Edinburgh's Hogmany party! Within short walking distance of popular wedding venue Houston House Hotel. Excellent for golfers with a variety of courses nearby.

Conveniently situated on a main road into the city centre, it is 10 minutes by bus or 25 minutes walking, bus stop located across the road. It is a popular area with many bars, restaurants, The Queen's Hall and Festival Theatre nearby. You can also enjoy a walk in neighbouring Holyrood Park, taking in the Science Museum and The Scottish Parliament Building which are close by.

Modern seaside flat just a 25 minute train or car journey to central Edinburgh. Lovely coastal walks with breathtaking views. Sunsets are a must with a bottle of wine. Just a 20 minute drive to the airport or a direct train. Great cycle networks and walks directly in front of the flat as we are actually on the famous Fife Coastal Path. Excellent central location to explore Scotland with the mountains, St. Andrews, Edinburgh and Glasgow all less than an hour from your doorstep.
