Spaziosa casa, sita al primo piano, con uno splendido giardino col prato a 80 metri dalla chilometrica spiaggia di Sa Rocca Tunda, ottima per una rilassante vacanza in famiglia e con i vostri amici a quattro zampe. La casa offre tre camere, una matrimoniale e due doppie, ognuna dotata di bagno esclusivo con doccia idromassaggio. Casa "Le fresie" - Torre del pozzo

Spaziosa casa su due livelli immersa nel verde e a un passo dal mare. La casa si compone di zona giorno al piano superiore, con terrazza vista mare, e zona notte con due camere e due bagni al piano inferiore. Al giardino si accede dai due piani e dona alla casa pace e riservatezza. Si arriva al mare a piedi in 5 minuti. Le spiagge di S’Archittu e Santa Caterina si trovano a 5 minuti di macchina, quelle della penisola del Sinis a 30 minuti e la zona costiera di Bosa si raggiunge in 40 minuti.

Villa incantevole a 5 metri dal marea Santa Cateri

Il mio alloggio è a 5 metri dalla spiaggia , il cancello del giardino si apre direttamente sul mare.Nel giardino c'è una spiaggetta con sdraio e ombrelloni,barbecue,doccia, splendide viste panoramiche.Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie,chi viaggia per lavoro,famiglie(con bambini),grandi gruppi e animali domestici. E' super accessoriata,tutti i comfort,lavastoviglie,microonde,forno elettrico.COD IUN P3154. Per il Decreto Sicurezza ogni ospite deve presentare un documento d'identità all'arrivo.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
