The Cottage on Mulligan's Pond offers serene living with a farm experience. Guests enjoy a full kitchen, full bath with walk-in shower, living room, a glass garage door that opens to a screened porch overlooking the pond, and an upper-level deck to catch some sun or relax with coffee or a cocktail. In the upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed and a built-in work area. Note: Guest are no longer allowed to build a fire in the woodstove seen in the photos due to new insurance restrictions.

Magical cabin with amazing views

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.

A cozy and quiet space close to Dartmouth College (8 mins), Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital (15 mins), and White River Junction Center (7 mins). You will have a private entrance to the space and access to a yard, a 3 season patio room, bedroom with a queen sized bed and queen pullout couch, a separate dining area, grill, and a private bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, table, coffee/tea bar, plates, utensils, mugs, and a microwave.
