Jim & Peg’s Private Suite

Your private suite includes a bedroom with two queen beds, a kitchen and sitting nook, a bathroom, a large television with cable and hookups for your tech devices. A den/ living room with a fireplace and a tv, and a private deck. Just steps out the door you can take the stairway down to the lake and enjoy sunset and lake views. Lake toys are available. Our home is just a quick 2mi drive into the town of White Bear Lake- a charming, hip and town full of shopping, dinning, more lake.

This is a cozy one-bedroom iconic home on the AIA Guide to the Twin Cities by Larry Millett. This worker's cottage and "architectural folly" is located in a great neighborhood near shopping, Allianz Field, freeway access, and short driving distance to Concordia University, Macalester College, St. Thomas and St. Catherine University.

It also comes with a free parking spot back in the ally. There is a private tattoo studio on the upper level of the suite, you will hear walking noise periodically 10-5 Monday to Friday. Extremely quiet at night and on weekends.
