Get that touch of British history while relaxing in this bright and spacious apartment. Play a few tunes on the piano or take a break on the welcoming sofa. Then cook something delicious and invite a few people over for a traditional English meal or relax in the garden with a coffee The apartment sleeps 4 people in two double bedrooms. The main bedroom is a lovely and bright twin aspect room with a super kingsize double bed. The other bedroom has a single bed with a pull out single bed to sit alongside. This bedroom can be perfectly adapted for children if required. Both rooms have plenty of storage. All linen for beds is provided. The family bathroom has a bath with over bath shower mixer. Luxury towels are provided. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD music system and a dining table and chairs to seat 6 people. The kitchen area is well stocked with everything you could need including microwave, washing machine and dryer, stove-top hob and double oven. The apartment is very well laid out and set over the first floor it has its own private entrance and free parking within the private gated grounds of the main house. The annex is modernly equipped with WiFi and TV with Sky Cable Television & DVD player. Wifi is available free of charge if you bring your laptop. Bowling Green House has an interesting history and William Pitt a former British Prime Minister lived in the house and died there in 1806. The current art deco house was built on the site of the original building in 1933. Bowling Green House is in a great location in Zone 2, just 5 minutes from the bus routes to central London, Wimbledon Village or Putney where the train or the tube will whisk you into central London in 15 minutes. It is not only ideally located for Wimbledon tennis and the shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants of Putney and Wimbledon but also provides an ideal location to walk, run or explore the surrounding green areas of Wimbledon Common and Royal Richmond Park where the many activities include cycling, running and horse riding. Alternatively you can travel by river taxi going East to the Houses of Parliament & Tower Bridge or West to Hampton Court Palace. If you have a car or you wish to rent a car there is free parking and Bowling Green House provides easy access to the A3 and M25 and of course central London. On site you will receive a welcome pack with our tips on where to go to eat and drink, transportation links, and local gems. Experience a place of calm and tranquillity surrounded by Wimbledon Common, with the benefit of being only minutes away from busy and stylish Putney and Wimbledon. Every amenity is close by, and central London is only a quick train or tube ride away. WELCOME The apartment is bright and sunny, with a lovely garden. The décor is neutral, all the walls are painted white to add to the tranquillity of the space. We live in a quiet area, surrounded by large family homes and trees. You may come here to experience a different part of London, a side of tranquillity many British for. You can dip your toe in upscale British suburbia and experience an oasis of countryside within one of the biggest city's of the world. We live above the flat and welcome any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. We enjoy good food, art and architecture among many other things, and can recommend some fantastic sites to see during your stay in London and in this home. LOCATION We are located in Wimbledon, a slightly suburban part of London, It is a perfect location to retire to after a long day of sightseeing, with its peaceful, country like atmosphere, nevertheless at a hop from the heart of London. 2 minutes walk to Wimbledon Common 6 minutes walk to Wimbledon Tennis Club 10 minutes walk to Wimbledon Village 17 minutes walk to Wimbledon Station with transport links to Waterloo and the rest of central London via the District line. Buses at a 3 minute walk from the apartment, leave regularly with destinations to Putney (10 minutes) or Morden via Wimbledon Station (6 minutes) and South Wimbledon Station (13 minutes). THE FLAT The flat is located on the ground floor of a 1960s townhouse Comprising a large double bedroom with French doors opening onto the garden, a shower room and a kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and cooker, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine/dryer. The shower room is newly refurbished, with a large power shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom is complete with a flat screen TV (with built in wireless), a CD/DVD player and a large couch to put your feet up at the end of the day. There are also large storage cabinets in the bedroom. Wifi is also provided. We provide cotton bedding and towels and can also provide tea, coffee and milk.

This stunning top floor flat is a spacious modern home. Enjoy a gorgeous split level apartment with superb access to the unique Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon Common. Great access to the Tennis and a 17 minute train ride to central London. (If booking for the Wimbledon Tennis Championships - please request at least the full fortnight of The Championships. This modern, spacious & clean duplex apartment bordered on either side by Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common, offers all the space you need for your autumn/winter/spring break to London or for your stay during the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Great access to Surrey also. Well located with free on-street parking as well as a bus stop almost directly opposite, you have several means to get anywhere in London or indeed to the tennis. Wimbledon is even walkable if you are feeling adventurous!

Modern stylish 1 bed flat in the middle of Raynes Park. Very conveniently located with Sainsbury’s next door and Waitrose 3 mins walk away. Raynes Park station is 2 mins walk away - trains are every 4-6mins and take 19-21 mins to/from London Waterloo. Ideally located for Wimbledon Village and the Tennis Championships. Flat has been recently furnished with excellent quality furnishings. There is a king size bed in the bedroom with an extra single mattress under the bed for separate sleeping.

It's a quiet and friendly family home. A big wardrobe provided in the room to organise your belongings. This helps for short or long term stay and easy. Neighbours are very nice and friendly. Our accommodation is located 3 bus stops from Worcester Park Station. The bus stop is located right in front of our accomodation! There are direct trains to Waterloo from this Station it takes around 20-25 min to Waterloo. We are located in a very friendly, safe and welcoming neighborhood.
