Located directly off the DePauw campus, in the highly-coveted Eastern Enlargement Historic District, the attention to detail and premium amenities at Major Dunbar House will knock your socks off!! Enjoy our gourmet kitchen, 1st floor Master Suite, 3-spacious upstairs bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. Our house can comfortably sleep 9 guests (with 5 individual beds, total). We are proud to serve the Greencastle and DePauw communities and we frequently welcome wedding-party guests from nearby venues.

Indulgence at DePauw

Our home is steps from the DePauw campus and provides an upscale experience with everything you need at your fingertips. Upon arrival, parking in front and back. Entering our home you will find a gourmet kitchen; 4 spacious bedrooms (1 King on the main level and 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin upstairs) 2 full baths including a spa bath on the main level. Everything you need to rest, relax, cook, Netflix binge is at your fingertips. You can sit on the porch swing or grill and relax on the back deck.

This beautifully remodeled house is a three-bedroom/ one & half-bathroom residence adjacent to Greencastle's Robe-Ann Park and just steps away from the beautiful Andreson Street Main Entrance to DePauw University's East College. Enjoy the many amenities of the park and DePauw University in one location. With a Pizza King located across the street and plenty of eateries within walking distance allows many cuisine options. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Off-street parking behind house.

Newly renovated, well appointed 4 bedroom home in the heart of DePauw's Campus! Conveniently situated between Theta, Bishop Roberts and Vernon Jordan Dorms with a 2 minute walk to the athletic fields and 4 minute walk to town. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 couples. Large fenced in back yard with tables is perfect for hosting large teams/groups. The Ranch is the perfect place to stay when visiting DePauw or for a quick getaway with family/friends.
