Located directly off the DePauw campus, in the highly-coveted Eastern Enlargement Historic District, the attention to detail and premium amenities at Major Dunbar House will knock your socks off!! Enjoy our gourmet kitchen, 1st floor Master Suite, 3-spacious upstairs bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. Our house can comfortably sleep 9 guests (with 5 individual beds, total). Entering our home you will find a gourmet kitchen; 4 spacious bedrooms (1 King on the main level and 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin upstairs) 2 full baths including a spa bath on the main level. Everything you need to rest, relax, cook, Netflix binge is at your fingertips. You can sit on the porch swing or grill and relax on the back deck.
