La Casa Ingrid - Couple's Paradise - Beach (20 m)

La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Premantura is known as a charming tourist place abundant in greenery and proud of its clear and clean sea. House is 500 meters distanced from the sea, well fenced for the children protection and guests privacy, sharing parking place with small apartment nearby .

The house has all the necessary equipment, fresh towels, and bed linen. A SUP and some children's toys are also available for guests. Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

Prime location modern family home with a swimming pool situated only 150 m from the beach Uvala Soline, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and one couch sofa. The beautiful city centre is 2.5 km away and well connected with bus lines. House consist of outside deck with barbecue and lounge, a swimming pool (7x3) with sundbeds, yard with a swing surrounded with greenery. Guests have a private parking space for 2 cars. The swimming pool was newly built in 2023

The house is only 15 min walk to the center amd the way leading to the center is by the sea. Next to the house is also a turistic train that drives you to the city center.
