Unforgettable view on the lake

The apartment, with its huge windows, is located in a very special position, directly on the water: surrouded by a gorgeous terrace, you have the priviledge to be at just 5min walk from the centre along the lake promenade and isolated at the same time. A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).

"Casa Aliade" is located in an wonderful position overlooking the lake. It is a small gem in which you will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains at all times. Within walking distance you will have many attractions: from the famous Orrido (natural gorge created 15 million years ago), to lake navigation to reach Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio in a few minutes, to the "Viandante" path that runs parallel to "THAT BRANCH OF LAKE COMO" of which Manzoni spoke in the Promessi Sposi.

Armonioso e panoramico appartamento in Bellano, in posizione centralissima, con tutti i servizi disponibili sotto casa : bar, ristoranti, negozi di alimentari con prodotti tipici delle nostre zone. Ci troviamo proprio di fronte all'attracco dei battelli, dello storico porticciolo e a circa 300 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria. Con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungolago potrete raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia libera e quella attrezzata, un grande parco giochi per bambini e 2 supermercati

Everything (bars, shops, restaurants, station, ferry, beach) are close, within 500 meters, 8 minutes on foot. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH WALKING PROBLEMS AS THERE ARE MANY STEPS. The house has no parking, finding parking in Varenna in summer is complicated, it is advisable to arrive by train.

Our traditional and typical house is situated on the western shore of Lake Como, north of Menaggio. A great view overlooking the central lake. The enclosed garden has ample parking space for car or bike. Next us stop 100 m from our house. Please note that our house is quit simple, so don't expect anything above price level. Note also that the road is 75 m away, so it may be heard. And note that the bed has only italian size, that is 190 cm long. CIR: 013248-BEB-00002
