Beautiful and lightful apartment only 300m away from the stunning beach of Guardamar. Includes a double bed, 2 single beds, a foldable bed and a sleeping couch. Living room with open kitchen. One bathroom. And a perfect terrace for a nice dinner. Fully equipped apartment. With washing machine. The building has an elevator and access for the disable. Well connected by bus and only 50m away from the supermarket, the park, and shops and bars but at the same time in a very chill and quite area.

Das Haus ist freistehend, neben dem Haus ist sein eigenes Gebiet, wo es einen Swimmingpool (6*3 Meter) und ein Erholungsgebiet und Esszimmer. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse.
