The Wee Bothy. Amazing sunsets

A quaint and unique place to get away from it all, this warm and comfortable bothy is nestled between the sea and the spectacular Trotternish ridge. Perfectly located for the discerning explorer, the best of Skye's sights are a short stroll or drive away, including The Old Man of Storr, Quiraing, Staffin Beach and the dino footprints at Brother's Point. The bothy is fully-equipped and receives regular 5* reviews. A perfect place to unwind and watch a beautiful sunset after a day's exploring.

Cabin on Cairn Geal Croft, Waternish, Isle of Skye

A cosy, open-plan cabin for two on the Waternish peninsula, overlooking the sea with outstanding views across Loch Snizhort to the ferry port of Uig, and south to Raasay and the mainland. The Cabin is on a small croft/farm and lies within its own garden. The Cabin has a maritime theme, free wifi, plenty of books & maps and a well provided kitchen. The Waternish peninsula offers abundant wildlife, and in the hamlet of Stein, next to the sea, a lovely old pub and a Michelin starred restaurant .

Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Taigh 'n Rois is cosy 19th Century refurbished traditional crofting cottage which is full of character. It has an original Box bed- perfect for curling up in front of the wood burning stove. Set below the Trotternish ridge Taigh 'n Rois has panoramic views across Staffin and the Quiraing and is a perfect base to explore the amazing scenery and impressive Jurrasic landscape of north Skye. The kilt rock, Old Man of Storr and the famous dinosaur footprints are all nearby.

Our beautiful wooden pods are set on the hillside behind the Cowshed Boutique Bunkhouse and enjoy amazing views across to the bay and the hilly surroundings of Uig. In a wonderful location to explore the Isle of Skye, The Cowshed is perfectly situated for enjoying spectacular sunsets in a peaceful setting. We have 7 pods available, and each of these cosy spaces is equipped with enough comforts for you to enjoy a relaxing break surrounded by nature.

Eilean Mara Apartment is a recently refurbished, self-catering studio apartment. The space consists of a living area with comfy couch and dining table with lovely loch views, a fully functioning kitchen with full size fridge, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, modern shower room and spacious bedroom area with king size bed. You will have a private entrance and parking along with a private patio area to sit and enjoy the outside space.

Beams, Geary is a cosy renovated house located in the Waternish Peninsula of North West Skye. Beams is the perfect house for all couples, families and friends, offering spectacular panoramic views. EV Charger also available! Guests can take advantage of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, and a comfortable Main Bedroom. The upstairs open mezzanine has two single beds. A second full bathroom can also be found within the property.

A tiny home offering a wonderfully cosy and welcoming retreat for 1 or 2. After a day exploring the Isle of Skye, a hot shower awaits, then relax by the woodburner or firepit and share a glass or two before snuggling down in the super comfy 5ft kingsize bed (US queen). Set in a quiet crofting township on the shores of the sea loch, Loch Snizort Beag. approx 9 miles to Portree Licence Number – HI-31210-F

Beautiful setting by the sea. 15 minute drive from Portree. Close to local bus route. Plenty of local wildlife to sit and observe. Within walking distance of local hotel. Outside area with seating provided to enjoy. We now have WiFi available to guests. Earlier (from 4pm) check-in available on certain days - please message to inquire. Small but functional - Pod is 3 meters x 4.8 meters.
