Un' accogliente casa in pietra, arredata in maniera originale e funzionale. Si trova in un terreno privato con vista mare a pochi minuti di macchina da spiagge meravigliose. L’aeroporto di Olbia è a soli 8 minuti di auto e per aperitivi e cene potrai anche andare nei vicini paesi di Porto San Paolo e San Teodoro. Supermercati, ristoranti, bar anche nel paesino di Murta Maria a soli 5 minuti di auto. All'interno del terreno c'è anche la villa padronale, completamente indipendente. N^ IUN: R6757

Seit Juli 2023 ist unser wunderschönes Haus fertig. Es erwartet sie eine gemütliche, modern ausgestattete und luxuriöse Villa mit kleinem Garten und einer traumhaften Sonnenterrasse, auf der ein 4x9m großer Salzwasserpool mit Gegenstromanlage zum Schwimmen einlädt.
