vacanze tra mare e montagna

La mia casa si trova a 50 m. dall'antica torre saracena che si affaccia sulle acque cristalline che caratterizzano tutta la costa ; a pochi metri si trovano un parco giochi realizzato tra gli splendidi ulivi secolari , diversi ristoranti , bar , gelaterie , negozi , bancomat e spiaggia... La mia casa è adatto a coppie che cercano un po'di tranquillità ,ad avventurieri solitari che amano la natura , a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). La casa si trova inoltre a dieci minuti di macchina da Baunei per chi vuole cimentarsi con scalate ed escursioni nelle bellissime montagne .

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. Charmante maison en pierre (étoilée meublé de tourisme), au calme, en pleine campagne avec jardin privatif sans vis à vis. A 5mn du port de Bonifacio et des plus belles plages : sperone, Piantarella, rondinara et 15 mn de porto vecchio : palombaggia, santa giulia. La residenza è composta da un luminoso soggiorno cucina che si affaccia su piccolo patio pavimentato e vivibile, due camere letto, una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, due bagni. Villetta meravigliosa e confortevole, fresco , luminoso e in un contesto residenziale di alto livello . This house is perfect for Family . Fantastic New Private Swim Pool . Have bedrooms a very nice & cozy living area and a beautiful garden with veranda where to enjoy most of the time of the day while at home. The sea views from home are great .. and the area is very safe . Beaches & all shops & services are just few minutes away down the road. SUPER!!

Sardinian Country House for rent

Sardinian Country House (Stazzo) overlooking La Maddalena Archipelago. Immersed in nature. Original traditional features, large bedroom and living room, good size kitchen well equipped open to an ample sunny terrace with flowers and herbs. Very comfortable house with stone and wood predominance for a cool and relaxing stay! A cat is living in the property but she is used to live outside and we take care of her food.

The house is located in Via Soling, at the end of Via Brigantino, a pochi passi dalla piazzetta di Porto Cervo. It is an independent tiny villa, with a small garden and a private roof terrace. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of which is service toilet with washing machine, toilet and sink) and a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen.
