Our thoughtfully furnished and fully stocked guest house has a complete kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a spacious living room and dining nook, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a chest of drawers and a closet with ample space to unpack all your clothes and feel at home!

Cozy cottage apartment on a quiet, wooded lot in Normaltown, walking distance from funky bars and restaurants, and just under 2 miles from Sanford Stadium and the Georgia Theater. This one-bedroom, 1 bath, with kitchen and charming living area offers all you'll need for a quiet weekend or a longer stay. If you're traveling with kids, or just want to act like a kid, come play on our trampoline, soccer field or basketball court, walk the trail in the back woods, or cozy up around our fire pit.

Pet-Friendly Backyard Studio Retreat

Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.

Located in one of Athens' most charming, historic, and walkable neighborhoods, this newly built apartment is perfect for exploring the heart of the Classic City. Our carriage house is just a 15-minute walk to the heart of Normaltown and 30 minute walk to downtown Athens. Enjoy the coffee shops, casual restaurants, & the best bars in town! It's a quick ride to downtown—2 mi. to the Arch and 2.5 to Sanford Stadium. Enjoy the quiet of a friendly neighborhood with the convenience of being close to UGA! The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

Heart of Five Points - Very Walkable! Sleeps 3-4

Our guesthouse was completely renovated in June 2020, complete with king sized bed, quartzite countertops and full-size sleeper sofa. LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.
