The guesthouse is a private oasis in the city. It's surrounded by fruit trees and tall Chinese Mountain bamboo. It's a quick walk to Woodlawn Park, great coffee, a bakery, pizza, whiskey bar, a brewery, seasonal farmers market, and minutes from Alberta Arts District. The airy, open floor plan is filled with natural light, mixed textiles and warm woods. A cedar-surround outdoor shower and private 5x7 Finnish sauna lend to the spa-like setting. Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

The Royal Scott Double Decker Bus

Our tiny home started life as a commuter bus in Manchester, England, in 1953, then did stints in San Francisco and Mt. St. Helens before finding a home as the Grilled Cheese Grill in Portland. Now it’s been reimagined as a mid century modern-inspired tiny home, with whimsical painting details from one of its former lives and fresh new handmade details that make it a cozy, inspiring stay.
