This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

The perfect beachside getaway for an ideal family holiday. The suite is located in one of the most beautiful areas within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and minutes from the Schlitterbahn. The upstairs bedroom contains a queen size bed , comfy futon and a smart TV. Downstairs there is a queen sleeper sofa, big screen smart TV , kitchen , full restroom and access to a secluded back yard. The fisherman will love the boat docks and quick access to the gulf.

My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.

Welcome to OUR home away from home! We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 565 sq. feet-some guests call it small & some call it just right. Private bedroom with king-attached bathroom. *STR Permit 304488

One king bedroom, The living room sofa converts to a full size "futon type" bed. One bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, Sleeps 2-4, pool, patio bistro table and grill. Good dogs OK with $10 per night pet fee. No cats. City of Port Aransas Reg.#252151-1 We will collect the local hotel tax which is 7% of the nightly stay.
