Enjoy a lovely leafy outlook from your studio. With a refreshing pool directly below, Kia Ora is the perfect retreat for couples or solo travellers, not suitable for infants.

Self contained studio in the middle of Noosa. Both an easy walk to Hastings Street, Main Beach and Noosa Junction. The spacious suite has a large bedroom/open plan living area. There is a private bathroom, mini Kitchen, Nespresso Coffee machine, Washing Machine and Dryer, A/C, private balcony and large Smart TV. There is a large pool and alfresco area to enjoy. All linen and towels provided and basic condiments. Enjoy a romantic holiday with us.

Sunshine Beach pet friendly

Beach apartment, on the eastern side (beach side) of David Low Way, with private outdoor area, overlooking a beautiful garden and exclusive access to pool. 4 minute walk to Sunshine beach, bars and restaurants. Pet friendly - safe, dog friendly courtyard, close to off leash beaches, up to two small to medium size dogs. Please advise of dog breed, size, age. Subject to negotiation. Guesthouse not suitable for infants/children.

Private, modern and spacious, with unlimited WiFi, Netflix. Air-conditioned self contained 1 bedroom guest suite, with its own separate entrance. The accomodation is on the lower level of our home, right next to the pool. Only 20 min walk to Noosa Main Beach & Noosa National Park 10 min walk. Not suitable for anyone who has a problem with stairs or other mobility issues.
