At night, enjoy the sunset while grilling alongside a fire on the patio & eating s'mores! 2 miles to Greenhill or Charlestown beach; 15 minutes to URI, 30 minutes to Newport, 20 minutes to the Block Island Ferry & 35 minutes to the Foxwoods Casino.

Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.

Romantic Beach Cottage Getaway - Non Smokers only

Romantic Beach cottage built in 2017 on the beach of Ocean Grove in Swansea Mass on Mount Hope Bay with breathtaking panoramic balcony views. The beach is a 1 minute walk out back door. Take a 1/2 mile walk on beach or use our paddle boards. For a romantic getaway the master bedroom has deep soaking two person air jet tub looking up the bay. The tub is filled on every use and provides an automatic air drying purge for hygiene. Flip the wall flat screen toward the tub and relax.

Two bedroom cottage in The Village at Potter Pond fully equipped with appliances and Wi-Fi! 1/ 2 of a mile from East Matunuck State Beach, this village is located in the center of everything. Go for a swim, kayak, paddle board or even quahog in the Salt Pond which is just a few steps away from your front door. Grab dinner directly across the street at Captain Jacks or the Matunuck Oyster Bar. Set up your chairs, relax with friends / family & fire up the grill.

Cozy and rustic cottage tucked away on top of a hill with an open floor plan, a large deck, and pond access with a private dock. Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and nature reserves, the cottage offers a safe and peaceful sanctuary with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, fast internet, a fully stocked kitchen, and a propane heater for chilly nights (but no central heating).

Misquamicut Beach cottage

Cozy 3 bedroom cottage in Misquamicut Beach, across from the ocean. This "aged" well-kept cottage was built in the 1940s so it's not exactly like the million dollar homes that surround it but it's clean, well equipped and available. Close to Newport, Mystic Seaport, Watch Hill and the Mashuntucket Casino. Lots of golf courses, restaurants and entertainment
