Everything nicely updated. Private screened lanai with water views of the marina and bay just beyond. Short walk over to the sandy beaches. Rent a golf cart and get around the resort easily as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Full resort access not available. Association pool, hot tub, nearby beach always included.

Newly remodeled resort feeling one bedroom with two beds (sleeps 4) condo right on the Bay! Screened in private lanai. Dolphin Tiki Bar and Restaurant on site!! Come relax by the two pools, two hot tubs or down on the dock to fish, watch for dolphins and boats. Condo is next to Rose Marina where you can rent a boat, take a charter or tour.
