Tropical Sands Resort is a 39-unit Resort on Estero Island. The resort offers 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1350 square foot condominiums. Amenities on property include heated outdoor pool, outdoor games such as corn hole, and ladder ball. 3 TV’s, full kitchen, private washer & dryers in unit, onsite activities and much much more. Tropical Sands Resort offers both weekly rentals and ownership opportunities. Guests checking in must meet the minimum age requirement of 23. The rates are comparable to hotel rates but our visitors get much more for their money! Tropical Sands Resort is located near many tourist attractions including the beach, great restaurants, the Thomas Edison Home and spring training for major league baseball.
