This farm is 35 mins from Adelaide and only 10 mins drive to shops or local eateries. We invite you to experience life on a working farm.

The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Carlisle Alpacas is situated on an 80 acres farm in the Adelaide Hills abundant in bird and native wildlife. There are two BnB the Veranda Retreat and the new Cottage Escape with rural views with easy access to cellar doors and restaurants. The Veranda Retreat is isolated from the main residents and is self contained free space filled with fresh county air, great walks along the creek down to the Dawesley ruins while meeting the friendly alpacas.

Own bathroom, shared laundry... enjoy.
