LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Walking distance from Mackey Arena and Rose Ade Stadium. Remodeled interior with upgrades and modern finishes. Granite countertops, new flooring, natural light, kitchen with all new appliances. 2-minute drive to restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and everything Purdue. High-speed internet/cable/smart TVs.
