Unwind in your own private oasis overlooking a stunning vineyard. This beautiful home has everything you need for a wine tasting retreat, a weekend get away, or a family river adventure. TOT Certificate number 1019N Vacation Rental Permit ZPE15-0210 Beyond Vineyard Vista's beauty are amenities designed to help you feel both comfortable and pampered: The first floor features the living space, including an entryway living room and an open great room with kitchen, dining and main living room. All the windows of the great room have amazing views of the vineyards and hills beyond, and the dining table is set in a large bay window with stunning 180-degree views.The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to make a gourmet meal and includes a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The second story includes 3 large master bedrooms. There are 4 beds (2 King and 2 Queen size beds). There is also a full size sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people (cozy). The house provides comfortable furnishings, 1 flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, a gas grill and a 6-person spa. The entire place is yours for the duration of your stay - enjoy the spa, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable living spaces! As host we are pretty hands off. You will receive house access instructions and general rules so you can self-check in/out approximately a week before check in. We are available via phone call/text or email if you have any questions. I case of any emergency the property manager is available 24/7. This house is located in a quiet private road at the end of a cul de sac in Guerneville, with just 2 other houses in the immediate area. Most rooms in the house have a sweeping, beautiful view of the vineyard. You'll often see turkeys, deer, and other wildlife wandering through the trees and vines. But you'll also be able to take a very short walk to all the bars, restaurants, and wine tasting in downtown Guerneville. The house is walking distance ( within half a mile ) of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and grocery store. For visiting the area is best to use a car.

Duncan House is a historic Inn from the 1880's adorned w/ art, antiques & spirits! Enjoy the elegant design w/ 18 foot ceilings, multiple sitting rooms, stunning kitchen & formal dining, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large deck, front porch & hot tub. Walking distance to historic Duncans Mills on the Russian River w/ many local shops, a General Store, the Blue Heron, Cape Fear, Sophie's Cellars, Gold Coast Coffee & Bakery, etc. Duncan House is where old magic & new memories have a cup of coffee. Pets OK!

River Front Nature Getaway with Dock!

Enjoy our beautiful, private Russian River home surrounded by redwoods, minutes from downtown Guerneville. SUMMER 2025 UPDATE: the dam at vacation beach will not be installed this summer which means low river levels and no water at the dock. Boats will be in the backyard and available to carry a few houses down to the main part of the river. There is also a great neighborhood beach very close by and directions are in the house manual.
