We are conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown, Bryan Park, and The B-Line Trail, 1 mile to IU Campus, 1.8 miles to Assembly Hall, and 3.5 miles to IU Hospital. Our beloved luxury apartment is one of the nicest places to stay in town. Pristine 2BR House Steps from Downtown!

It's an adorable home in historic Prospect Hill. Our house is steps from downtown, Switchyard Park, the B-Line, and Kirkwood. It has tons of light, lots of space to gather, brand new HVAC, and super fast WiFi! There is a private parking lot in the back of the house. The front has a small porch and the back has a brand new, large deck. A tree line provides privacy from Second Street in the back.
