Find yourself just minutes from North Point Mall with its dine-in movie theater and less than a mile from the Big Creek Greenway. The Ameris Amphitheater is just 7 minutes away. Downtown Alpharetta and the Avalon are each 10 minutes away. Set on a private lot surrounded by trees, the apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts' residence sits away from the road, which adds privacy and seclusion to the address. It's under 2 miles to North Point Mall and beyond. Property is not located near public transportation. Once you locate our driveway, proceed down the driveway hill and park in front of the garage next to the stairs. The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

1940's era-2 story cottage. Upstairs unit was renovated in late 2017 & offers a full apt with bed, bath, full kitchen, Den, washer, dryer & private deck. Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 5 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and goats born this past Jan!
