This artist and architect-designed house is clad in larch and well insulated with wool felts. The access to the separate loft of our eco-house is via an external staircase. A large south facing window in the main room overlooks the front garden and Shiplaw burn. There is a separate workspace/single bedroom for an extra guest. We are located within one of the biggest habitat restoration projects in Europe and are five minutes walk from a regular bus service to Edinburgh and across the Borders.

Access to the house and garden is through an electric gate with ample private parking & car charger. There is one other house in the garden where the owners live.
