Light Airy single bedroom in a Victorian House

This stylish place is close to most anywhere you wish to walk to in Edinburgh. 15 min walk to West end of Princess Street Jhonny Walker corner ,or 40 min to the East End of Princess Street . My house sits in the secluded greenery, just past the West end ,and situated on top of Dean Village . Edinburgh Sportsclub is 3 min walk away. Gallery of Modern Art 1 &2 ,is 2 min walk away . Murrayfield Stadium is 1.1 mile away/1.8km and ca 24 min walk away. Murrayfield Golf club 1.2 miles also ca 25 min

Large bedroom, close to Airport and City Centre

This fully refurbished stylish place is close to must-see destinations. 5min journey to City Centre. Located at West Edinburgh, it's very close to the Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium and the Edinburgh Airport. The tram is only 8min walk. It comes every 7min and can take you to City Centre, to Leith area and to the Airport. The room has king size bed and is ideal for couples and professionals. The house can offer breakfast, coffee and tea. Free parking on street. No pets please. No smoking in house.

Stunning Edinburgh 1820s stables converted room

The Canal Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a landscaped garden/canal. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

The room is lovely, bright & spacious with twin beds, or super king size bed (for couples). It has been newly refurbished and enjoys a bijou en-suite shower room. Beautiful walks, private stay, self check-in

The Mill, formerly the sawmill for Borthwick Hall, is a charming property built in the 1800s. The conversion of the building was completed in 2003 and is now a wonderful family home. My husband, Steve, and I moved up to Scotland from London in December 2017 and absolutely love it up here. With lovely people and beautiful open spaces, it’s the perfect place for us to relax and raise our kids. We love having friends and family visit and look forward to offering our space to guests as well.

Spacious triple ensuite-breakfast & free parking

Comfortable attic triple room with en suite. Smart TV/DVD, Kettle, refrigerator & microwave in room. Good location for touring and city bypass is only 5 mins away. Direct access to city, airport and train station, bus stops outside house. Supermarket opposite which has a cafe, Free driveway parking available. Continental Breakfast provided in room. Room has sloping ceilings so maybe a problem for tall guests. Room is upstairs so not suitable for young children or disabled

Double ensuite room in family home

A beautiful family home for 3 generations of the same family in the heart of the city. We offer a cosy double ensuite room on the ground floor of the house. Please note: this is a family home, not a B&B. Lewis, Kate and their two young kids live on upper floors. Catherine (grandma) and Beau (the cat) live on the ground floor. Breakfast is self-service. We provide: bread/toast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, tea, fruit juice. We look forward to welcoming you!

Situated in a stunning location 6 miles west of Peebles, Tor Hill House is an ideal base for exploring both the beautiful Scottish Borders and Edinburgh which is only 25 miles to the North. This listing is for a double room (with a king size bed) and a twin room with spacious bathroom in an area separated by a door from the rest of the house. If only one room is booked, rest assured that we won't let out the second bedroom so you will have the space to yourselves
