A Floating Cottage in the Canal! Enjoy this fabulous live-aboard boat, featuring a full bunk and single bunk below, a couch, and a fold-out couch. Kids and adults love it! There are two parking spots outside the fence, a short walk across a lovely green lot to the boat in the water. You’re a short drive to downtown New Baltimore and restaurants along Jefferson. I lived aboard this boat at the Detroit Yacht Club, so fun! There's a full toilet, hot shower, stove, microwave, and mini fridge. Enjoy!

The upper decks including passenger and Officer rooms are available for you to enjoy. The two bunk stateroom is a great place to lay your head when you have a full day planned and need limited time in your room. Perfect for friends traveling, or parents sharing with a child. It is outfitted with two sets of bunk beds for a total of four beds. Four small closets and a writing desk are also in the room.
