Tranquil Farmhouse - Kerrytown Historic District

STR21-2054:Cook dinner in a beaming kitchen with nut-brown plank floors and dine with family and friends at a trendy handmade table. With its vivid original artworks, pops of cool colors, and modern furnishings, this guesthouse feels at once magical and restful. This is a complete, private apartment with two private entrances in a duplex house. It is on the first floor of the building and the entrances are on the side and back. The upstairs unit enters at the front of the building. The description says 'entire place' but that means entire first floor, totally private. Newly renovated space with all new furniture and kitchen appliances. Decorated in a modern farmhouse style with touches of m odern and all original abstract expressionism art by owner. The entire floor is available for you only. Also, we have a Guesthouse upstairs with a door that connects. Of course, you control the lock on your side of the door! If you rent both guesthouses and open the door between we can sleep 10! I am available by text or phone most anytime. 734-476-0101. Nina Howard, Owner The house is set in the Kerrytown district, a historic enclave boasting vibrant boutiques, charming eateries, and artsy cafes. Across the street is the Kerrytown Market and Shops, while the Ann Arbor Farmers Market is just a stone's throw away. A private space is provided for parking but there is a bus line a block away as well. Street parking and parking lots within the block. We have provided ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper. Remember you are in downtown Ann Arbor and street noise is common although it does quieten down as the night progresses as most everything is closed on the street except for a bar three doors down.

Clean Bright Private 2nd Fl Suite *Kitchen Shared*

Your 2nd floor private space w/locked entrance off 1st floor living room has a bedroom, its own bright living room with desk & a full bath w/shower. The 1st floor shared spaces: kitchen, living room & porch makes this the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Ann Arbor. Perfume-free & Smoke-free house & grounds. Our urban farm is a peaceful setting close to everything, but out of the student district. A guest (Cleanliness QC for a Hotel Chain) said it is one of the cleanest places he’d stayed.

The Michigan Stadium & Crisler Arena are 1.4 miles away. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. It’s comfortable & nearby to downtown, campus, university golf course, & parks. Walk 6 blocks to downtown restaurants and night life. Simple and easy no-contact self check-in & check-out. Parking for 1 car at rear of house and nearby street parking for additional vehicles. Inside you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay in Ann Arbor, whether it’s for 2 nights or for a few months.

Turn of the century house in the heart of the Kerrytown area. Five minute walk to Zingerman's, 10 minute walk to The Chop House, Jolly Pumpkin and all the top restaurants, bars and venues in Ann Arbor. Clean, quite and private 1,300 SQ FT home with a private driveway and a gorgeous backyard, perfect for spending a relaxing evening after a busy day. Practically every part of downtown and campus is within a walking distance. Ten minute walk to Huron River jogging trails & Argos Livery.

This single-story home is minutes from downtown, campus, and the Big House! The home is tucked away off of the main street, making life in an unfamiliar area easy & convenient. The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance. The home's recent renovations feature a newly added open concept, connecting the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces for a family-focused experienced. Vinyl flooring, fresh paint, and new furniture are featured throughout as well!

The riverview

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet make’s. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

The Duplex Garden House

This is a 50's style sunny duplex, 1.3 mile to the Big House . A full kitchen for those who love to cook. The large private deck with a patio table is perfect for relaxing. Within a 10 minute walk there are a variety of restaurants. There are two desks- one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the living room, pulls out to give you a lot of space. The closet is large and has a yoga mat for your use. If you are looking for a quiet, clean place to stay …look no further!
