Ciao sono Twenty, un appartamento completamente ristrutturato nel 2018 ed isolato, tanto da risultare una classe energetica A1. Sono un piano terra, con ingresso indipendente sul cortile condominiale, così da essere accessibile per i disabili. Ho una cucina nuova e bene attrezzata. Mi trovo, in zona Universitaria, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, in una via ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Stylish, centrally locate, great view. Completely renovated apartment, in the center of town, adjacent to the castle rock, with a breathtaking lake and mountain view. Centrally located but very quiet. This 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, two ensuite, apartment offers a big patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining.
