Maison pleine vue sur mer à 200 mètres de la plage La maison est idéalement située, très calme et confortable (rénovée en 2022). Il y a des escaliers, 4 marches de la salle à manger au salon, et les chambres/ sanitaires à l'étage inférieur. L'accès entre le parking et la maison est un chemin piéton en bon état non adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite (environ 50 mètres). On ne peut pas se garer devant la porte, il faut parcourir ces 50 mètres pour accéder à la porte d'entrée de la maison.

Fantastic villa with an amazing view.

This fantastic villa is located in the hillside in a National Park, in Costa Calida - 7 minutes walk down to to the fantastic beaches It has an amazing view overlooking the beaches, the town, the mountains and the sea. The Villa has everything you could ask with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming, pool, terraces , outside & indoor kitchens, boule court, laundry++ Supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants are close by -or in Puerto de Mazarron 10 min away. A place to enjoy.

Welcome to Casa Mariposa! Come & unwind at this beautiful detached villa. Surrounded by a pretty garden. Overlooking the spectacular HDA golf course. Large, private swimming pool with BBQ, shaded car port and Air-con. 5 minutes drive to Fuente Álamo town with lots of local amenities. Saturday market sells fresh fruit & veg + clothes, etc Open 9 till 1pm Tennis, padel courts, pétanque, bar, within easy walking distance. Cafes & restaurants on site. Car hire is highly recommended
