Sunny Attic Apartment with Stunning Coastline and City Views

Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

Prestigioso appartamento con rifiniture di lusso nel cuore della città,Situato su una delle piazze più storiche ,a due passi dal mare e sulla via principale dove ci sono bar e negozi, non avete bisogno si usare l auto , avete tutto quello che vi serve dal corso principale alla spiaggia ,ristoranti, fermata taxi ,pulman, partenza dei traghetti per visitare la costiera ,! It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with full kitchen in a separate corner. On the 4 FLOOR NO LIFT The municipality of castellammare has introduced the tourist tax for non-resident guests equal to 1 euro per person per day for a maximum of 7 days. this fee will be collected by the host upon arrival and a payment receipt will be issued

The prevailing color of this apartment is green. The recently restructured apartment is completely furnished and equipped with every comfort and has a 43 square meters terrace offering a boundless sight of sea and sky… The seventeenth century Moresque bell tower, part of the Santa Maria Maddalena’s Church rises stately close to the house. This church is not as ancient as our dwelling which was built years before. The splendid vaults of the house are evident proof.

Bright apartment which faces the sun and the sea. In the morning you can admire the spectacular sunrises from the private terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The apartment is near the local bus stop, handy starting point for Sentiero degli Dei. Under the house there is a very well stocked grocery store and a few meters from the house there are three excellent restaurants.

“Beautiful stylish apartment with terrace just 550 meters from Duomo train station(local train). The apartment is located in a quiet building, easy to get to the city center and all transportation (Salerno central station 1.7km). Groceries, bars, paid parking, just down the street.
