Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen in unserer komplett neu eingerichteten 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche, Balkon, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und mit einem Gemeinschaftspool. Der Mar Menor Strand ist nur 250m entfernt, auch ein Kitespot ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ein beliebtes Restaurant direkt am Strand eignet sich für das Frühstück & Abendessen. Das Mittelmeer ist 15min entfernt (mit dem Auto). Die Metrostation ist direkt vor der Tür, die Fahrt dauert ca 25 Minuten direkt ins Zentrum von Cartagena.

Our place has been newly renovated with a modern grey interior creating a cozy home feeling. Our style is a calming beach vibe. Being close to the beach is great for watching nature and the sunrise over the water from the jetty. Water conditions in the Mar Menor have been challenging in recent years, so our communal pool is the perfect place to cool down from the sun, while still being close to the water. Situated in the Costa Calida there is lots to explore!
