The house has been completely renovated in May 2021. The house is on the ground floor, with no steps. The shower is very wide and you can access it without scans, which makes the house perfect for the elderly or disabled. There are two accesses, from the parking area you access the apartment through the kitchen and from the entrance door of the street you access the lounge. The house is located about 200m from the beach and there are several shops within three minutes by car.
