Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

We found a special place here in Long Beach & remodeled it to create a dream home. We still have some extra space so we want to share it with you! Our one bedroom, one bath guesthouse is full of ocean breezes, peace, and comfort to enjoy your stay in the LA/Orange County area. We are former residents of West LA who wanted to move to a place with a little more chill, but still all of the things we love about LA. We found that here in LB. Staples center is 25 miles away. The boat terminal for Catalina Island is nearby.

Two nearby bus stops can take you to downtown Long Beach for restaurants, bars, Aquarium of the Pacific, and Queen Mary. *We are only 25 miles to downtown Los Angeles and 20 miles away from Disneyland. *We welcome people of all backgrounds!

Our house can accommodate 9+ people for family or business trip. Enjoy the OCEAN view and HUGE backyard. FULL size TENNIS court for kids to play! Bikes, scooters, tennis rackets, basketballs, and more are provided. Steps away from beach access. A complete replacement of laundered linens/towels is setup for every reservation. This one-bedroom apartment is right on 4th Street, walking distance to Ralph's in South Rose Park, Long Beach. It's a 5-minute drive to the beach, a 10-minute bike ride, or a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood is filled with great cafes, restaurants, and amazing shops like The Hangout. Walk to Gusto or Coffe Drunk. During your stay, we can provide you with retro bikes and cruiser bikes upon request.
