5 Harport, Carbost, Beautiful Loch side home.

5 Harport is a waterside house on the banks of loch Harport, opposite the Talisker distillery in the beautiful village of Carbost, centrally located on Skye. Tastefully decorated, it has stunning views out over the loch to the Cuillin mountains especially from the decking. There’s a Smart TV with Netflix. Close to local amenities including a small shop and The Old Inn pub which serves food all day and has live traditional music 3 nights a week. 10 minutes to the cuillins and 20 miles to Portree.

The cottage is cute,cosy&very simple accommodation,a great base for outdoor exploring,central to the best of the West Highlands,15 mins to Eilean Donan Castle, Dornie. near to Kintail,Plockton,Glenelg,Applecross,Isle of Skye The landscape is wild and spectacular. I think this area is one of the most beautiful places in the world ! fantastic walks,climbs,waterfalls, seafood, local bakery, castles & brochs!
