Walking distance to shopping centers, great restaurants, 20 minutes to RSW Airport and Fort Myers' white-sand beaches, perfect for a romantic get-away and 10 minutes from downtown Fort Myers Completely remodeled in July of 2021 with brand new appliances electronics, and all the creature comforts you can imagine

Yacht Club Beauty....walking distance to the beach

Our house is walking distance from the Cape Coral Yacht Club & Beach. We have five bicycles with baskets in good working condition, You're going to want to cruise this fabulous neighborhood! This area is sought after because its so close to everything.The restaurant Tiki Bar & Grill is temporarily closed, they are constructing a temporary quick build that should be up& running within the month.... I recently installed a level three EV 50 amp dewalt charging station, free to use with permission.

South Seas Resort Beach Villa 🌴 On The Beach !

South Seas 2527 is located in the Beach Villas area of the South Seas Resort, the Gulf of Mexico and pool can be viewed from the private lanai. This second floor unit has one king size bed located in the bedroom and pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is an inside and outside dining table for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided with this unit since resort amenities are not available when you rent through an owner.
