The Southworth ferry terminal is just over a mile away providing direct access to both Seattle and Vashon Island. If Ansel were alive today, this historic cabin would be his retreat; his muse. Ansel's Cabin is located on banks of the Snoqualmie river, anchored at the foot of Mt. Si’s granite face. This cabin is for people who need nature in their lives; a place to decompress, experience nature, and restore sanity.

The Treehouse

Relax and explore in a gorgeous mid century cabin nestled amongst the cedars and fir. The treehouse has big windows looking out at the forest to your private creek. It’s a lovely secluded one bedroom with a huge rock fireplace, reading nook, 100% organic cotton sheets, unscented eco friendly soap, and free internet. Take a hike down to the creek, or just open a window and let the babbling brook lull you to sleep at night. There’s nothing like watching the rain fall from your private hot tub.

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!
