The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it is fully equipped as you are home, new and new renovated, have air conditioner, dryer machine, fully kitchen equipment, and as it is very central all the windows and doors are very good soundproof PVC, the beach is 5 minutes walking away from the apartment, the restaurants and bars, supermarkets all just a few step from it, the chopping area like corte inglés, zara,… also about 10 minutes walking from it.

Welcome to our apartment which is perfectly located in antique center of Alicante just next to the entrence to Playa del Postiguet. The apartment is in accordance with all requirements for the "holiday rental" in Spain - license no. VT-497588-A. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building by the beach (just cross the street). The apartment is accessed by elevator or staircase - there is only one apartment on each floor, which makes you feel very comfortable.

Nice apartment with sea view in old town

Nice apartment in old town with sea view, only two minutes’ walk to the beach. Bright and spacious living / main room with balcony. Convenient apartment with three bedrooms, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom (September 2019). Very nice area with restaurants and cafes by the beach and on the square by the church. Good opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunrises and evening views of the Mediterranean from the balcony!
