Studio w/Private Entrance and No Shared Space located 3 blocks North of Rose Hill elementary school with plenty of street parking and close to Microsoft Campus, Downtown Redmond and Downtown Kirkland all within 3 miles of our Rose Hill Kirkland neighborhood. Our air conditioned newly constructed Backyard Bungalow was finished in January 2016. NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED!!
