Luxury House by the Sea

A comfortable small house in front of the sea, in one of the most beautiful locations in the first leg of Chalkidiki. Fully furnished and equipped, it offers to the visitor relaxing and peaceful days. The house has a double bed bedroom, a WC and a room which combines a kitchen and a living room completed by a special corner with a king size bed. The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden with a view of the sea in which there is another house located with the same architectural tradition.

The house is a 3-storey,110m2 big which was built in 2008. There're 5 bedrooms,one living room-kitchen two bathrooms,a WC and a warehouse. There're two big porches equiped with two dinner tables and a bbq also. There're two gardens too. There's parking space in front of the house,enough for 3 cars.Access to the house is very easy. The main entrance to the house is on the street which is close to the central road of the village.

Το ASTERIS LUXURY HOUSE είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι στην καρδιά της πρωτεύουσας της Χαλκιδικής το οποίο απέχει 500 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious house with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The house has a small garden with bbq grill for guests to use. It's a quiet place, 2 min drive to the sea or 10 min by foot. Has a bakery on the opposite side of the road and a supermarket just 5 min by foot.

Two levels house,15m from the sea.It has two bedrooms with double beds,kitchen,living room with a sofa-bed and a WC with shower.Also there is an inside balcony with a sofa bed.It is recommended for families offering a fenced garden where the children can play safely.The pedestrian area is 100m away from the house.
