The Storey Garden & Grove Christmas Tree Farm

Elk huis heeft een verhaal en de reis van de Storey Place begint in 1928 als de boerderij en het familiehuis van mijn overgrootvader. Na een volledige verbouwing schreven we een nieuw hoofdstuk voor dit huis . We hebben alle moderne gemakken toegevoegd, gemaximaliseerde leefruimte met een open plattegrond en ingericht met alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, terwijl we tegelijkertijd de charme van het huis hebben behouden en originele stukken gerestaureerd, zoals het bad met klauwvoet van het huis, originele hardhouten vloeren en scheepswanden.

Deze charmante ranch uit de jaren 1950 ligt in het hart van het historische centrum van Braselton. Op loopafstand van restaurants en evenementen. Gunstig gelegen aan de overkant van het Braselton Civic Center, op minder dan anderhalve kilometer van het Braselton Event Center en Hoschton Train Depot voor huwelijksfeesten. Geniet van de vuurplaats tijdens het Braselton herfstfestival, of een maaltijd met vrienden in een van de restaurants in het centrum. Onze woning heeft beveiligingscamera's bij de voordeur en op de veranda aan de achterkant.

Dit prachtig gerestaureerde appartement met 1 slaapkamer is gunstig gelegen op het plein van het centrum van Jefferson. Je kunt rondlopen in het schilderachtige stadje en genieten van het leven in de kleine stad en de lokale bevolking ontmoeten. Of, als je overdag op zoek bent naar meer dingen om te doen, is Jefferson centraal gelegen tussen Athene, Gainesville, Commerce en Buford. Een rit van 20-30 minuten in elke richting brengt je naar een andere bloeiende stad met nieuwe activiteiten en restaurants.

The Magnolia House/Historic District/Jefferson, GA is the perfect place for your relaxing getaway! Beautifully renovated, but built in 1902, it has all the conveniences to host your stay, including vintage serving ware, punch bowls, China sets etc. One queen Murphy bed is on main level with an adjacent full bathroom. Three large bedrooms are upstairs, each with 2 queen beds. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs with showers only (no bathtubs in the house). Some dogs are welcome @ $100 each.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).
