Schilderachtige rustieke hut in bosrijke omgeving. De accommodatie ligt op ongeveer 5 hectare afstand van de hoofdweg. Het grenst aan 15 hectare aan wandelpaden in familiebezit die we delen met onze gasten. Een perfect toevluchtsoord voor een gezin om weer in contact te komen met moeder natuur of gewoon voor een rustig uitje. Onze gasten houden van de vuurplaats en de schommel op de veranda. Kelderverdieping appartement heeft een fulltime bewoner. Gasten hebben een eigen ingang en parkeerplaats. Geen gedeelde woonruimte. Eigenaren wonen op hetzelfde terrein in een apart huis.

Ongeveer 20 minuten van Athene en Commerce, waardoor het perfect is voor UGA-sporten, concerten, avondjes uit in de stad, een Tanger Outlets voor winkelen, parken, tal van eetgelegenheden en lokale winkels. Als je zin hebt in een klein avontuur, liggen de GA-bergen op 45 minuten rijden. Of je hier nu bent voor de wedstrijd, om te winkelen of om te verkennen, deze camper biedt een handige en betaalbare plek in de buurt van alle actie.

Deze charmante ranch uit de jaren 1950 ligt in het hart van het historische centrum van Braselton. Op loopafstand van restaurants en evenementen. Gunstig gelegen aan de overkant van het Braselton Civic Center, op minder dan anderhalve kilometer van het Braselton Event Center en Hoschton Train Depot voor huwelijksfeesten. Geniet van de vuurplaats tijdens het Braselton herfstfestival, of een maaltijd met vrienden in een van de restaurants in het centrum. Onze woning heeft beveiligingscamera's bij de voordeur en op de veranda aan de achterkant.

Located only 20 minutes from UGA in the small town of Statham, Georgia, Cherry Street Farmhouse is the the perfect farm stay! The farmhouse sits in the middle of ten acres right off Broad Street. The pastures around Cherry Street Farmhouse are home to our goat herd! The home was built in 1947 and fully renovated in 2022, this home boasts a large front porch, stylish design, and great wifi. Cherry Street Farmhouse is less than a mile to restaurants and antique stores. There is a train nearby.
