Spacious Guest Suite near UWA/hospital/Kings Park

Our spacious Guestsuite is walking distance to University of WA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Hollywood Hospital. It consists a lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.

Beautiful character cottage, sunsets on the porch.

Character home located on a quiet street in Innaloo. A few minutes from Yaluma park for a stroll or beer in the bowlo. Gwelup reserve for a loop of the beautiful lake or take a spin to Trigg for a coastal walk and sunset beer. Little gems only minutes away, Corner Dairy, St. Bridget and little Sisto to name a few. Karrinyup shopping centre is also only minutes away for anything you could possibly need.
