The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

The Station House is across from the ESNA train station and snuggled up under the wings of the iconistic Roundhouse. The rental is the bottom apartment in a duplex. The living room has a great view of the charming train station. We are next to a trolley stop and a short distance from downtown shops, entertainment, hiking paths and restaurants. For about the price of a hotel room, you have a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, porches and a washer and dryer.

Mulberry Cottage @ The Woods & Hollow

Located on a 10-acre farmstead, Mulberry Cottage at The Woods & Hollow is a Eureka Springs must for the solo traveler or couple. The Nut House sits on a 200 foot bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. We are part of the Emerald Beach community. The best part of this 3 BR 2 BA home is the 900+ SF deck. There is a charcoal BBQ grill and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer, and an easy-to-light fire pit for winter (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this quiet street. Deer roam the neighborhood and on rare occasions you can spy fox and bald eagles.
