Recently remodeled 1929 craftsman house in one of the nicest North End Tacoma neighborhoods . Top quality kitchen appliances (gas stove, Vitamix), charming backyard with a large soft tub and a natural gaz barbecue, a cozy living room with a nice fire place insert, a bright bathroom with a spacious tub and a partial view to the sound from the bedroom. Relax on the large covered deck that overlooks the passage with gorgeous views of Hartstene Island and the bridge. Powerful heaters let you enjoy the deck even during the coldest and rainiest days. The home offers 120 feet of private beach! You will need to walk the stairs to get to the beach, we are on a medium to high bank.
