Κομψό διαμέρισμα κοντά σε όμορφη παραλία

Το διαμέρισμα , 2 έως 4 ατόμων, βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινο οικισμό, όπου μπορεί κάποιος να χαλαρώσει και να ξεκουραστεί. Απέχει 100 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και 500 μέτρα από το κέντρο του χωριού. Τα σπίτια του οικισμού είναι κτισμένα έτσι ώστε να υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα για ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Οι παραλίες της Χανιώτης είναι από τις πιο όμορφες της Ελλάδας, με καταγάλανα νερά και όμορφες αμμουδιές. Το χωριό είναι ένα κοσμοπολίτικο Θέρετρο με πολλά καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και μπαρ για όλα τα γούστα.

The studio is located in the ground floor of a 90's mansion, just steps from the sea. Crystal clear waters opposite of mount Olympus visible in the morning, secluded beach with gravelly shore, big, newly refurbished pool with beautiful garden around it, flat 40"tv, wifi, amazing walk in the woods which ends in the sea, barbequing by the pool are the least a guest can experience. It is the sea ,the beach and the house!!The visitors can enjoy the amazing sea view day and night!! Ιt is spacious (almost 110m²) house. It consists : the 1st and 2nd floor. It is sunny,airy,comfortable and include all the basic equipment for nice vacations! It is in front of the sea in a nice place ,suitable for family vacations!!.

Το διαμέρισμα βρισκεται σε απόσταση 20 μέτρων απο τη θάλασσα,είναι διαμπερές έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,σαλόνοκουζινα wc και διαθέτει πίσω μπαλκόνι, εχει 2 ανεμιστήρες οροφής,όλα τα μαγαζιά βρίσκονται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση /the apartment is opposite the sea(20m),have one bedroom kitchen livingroom,wc,front balcony with wonderfull view! and back balcony and 2 ceiling fan,every shops it's too near from the apartment,

Ένα χαρακτηριστικό παραθαλάσσιο διαμέρισμα σε συγκρότημα, το οποίο "γλείφει" την θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται στο κατάκεντρο του Πευκοχωρίου, επάνω στην παραλία με άμεση πρόσβαση παντού :θάλασσα, σούπερ μάρκετ, καταστήματα, ταβέρνες, μπαράκια, με πάρκινγκ.
