Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

Cute studio cottage with full kitchen and bath

Cute studio beach cottage with complete kitchen, full bath, and full size bed. Everything is new and updated. Perfect for a relaxing couples vacation. Two minute walk from the beach. Parking for one vehicle in front of house with table and grill outside. Hampton Beach is a great area to visit. Fantastic beach and adjacent boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment. We are on the north end of the main beach; quiet area but only 10 minute walk to the Ballroom Casino. No pets.

Sunny cottage with marsh views, under 5 minute walk to town. Eat on the water in one of the many village restaurants, rent a kayak or paddle board. Go "down river" like a local! Our Coastal Cottage is the perfect home for a small family or couple looking to escape to the Maine Seacoast. Located in a quaint residential neighborhood within harbor view, this cottage has a relaxing farmers porch, a BBQ grill, 2 full bathrooms and is within a 45 second walk to Kittery Foreside; a small downtown area with shops and restaurants. Our cottage was tastefully decorated by a professional interior designer and comes with smart TV's in every room.
