Beach House for Holiday Acommodation

Full house available 3 minute walk to beach, park and shops. 2 separate living areas so two families can stay together but in separate areas, 1 upstairs with views and 1 ground floor. Cafe's and Tavern 3 min walk with amazing sunsets over the ocean. 4wd areas not far away along with Yanchep national park. Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

Hocking Perth - Spacious 4 bedroom home

Welcome to Hocking - a peaceful suburb approximately 25kms north of the beautiful city of Perth. This single storey home offers you access to all amenities and plenty of sleeping space - 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room has built-in wardrobes. An ensuite bathroom is off the main bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and separate shower is shared by other guests. Please note that sleeping accommodation will be available for the number of booked guests.

The house is a modern two-story holiday home with views of the ocean and an easy 500m walk to the dog-friendly beach. You have full access to the whole house Max of 8 guests (min 2-night stay). Charges apply for cleaning and Pets are welcome. A lower price is available if less than 4 people are staying for the entire booking

A quiet and private home. The living areas are filled with natural light a feature high ceilings adding to the spaciousness. It is equipped with modern fresh colored furnishings to give a holiday and relaxed vibe. Make a coffee and unwind on the couch , watch a movie or relax on the double day bed with a book or work at the desk. Sit outside the courtyard and enjoy the ambience. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances to make entertaining a breeze.

The Glass House

Front row glass beach house: 100m to the mouth of the Moore River Stunning, architect designed beach house with best views of river estuary and ocean. A great nature based holiday spot. Canoe up the Moore River, fun safe swimming in the estuary. BYO linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels NOT provided). The house has three queen sized beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunks. It is a beach house and can be cool in winter. No central heating, only portable heaters.

Misty's Beach Haven, come chillout and relax.

Come chill at Misty's entire downstairs home/apartment. Exclusive use of downstairs, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard the lovely alfresco, outside is the shared yard. We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep national park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs.

Recently renovated in a style which combines the essence of a shabby chic beach cottage with the Hamptons and provincial France this lovely house offers a location which is only a 3 minute walk to the ocean and the river.
