The cottage has a large dining kitchen, utility room, cosy sitting room with wood burner and 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. There is 1 bathroom with large shower. Outside you will find ample seating and large BBQ.

A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. The holiday house is located just a few minutes from the promenade and beach in Cleethorpes. Ideall for a short break or holiday by the sea. The main promenade has all you would expect from a seaside town. The holiday house is suited to individuals, couples or families. We welcome four legged friends. There is a fully fitted kitchen, two living rooms, one with sofa bed, downstairs toilet and two double bedrooms upstairs. There is off road parking for one car.

The house is located in a quiet street with the river Witham right next to it. Your space has a private entrance, dedicated parking, and is fully equipped with all you need to have a relaxing stay. The private garden is fully fenced and is pet safe. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the river right outside watching swans flying by. Have a walk to the South Common (5min), Boultham Park(15m) or the city centre(25m) and finish your day in front of the fire pit.

Built around 1847 the Old Bakery has been many things. A butchers, a shop, a Blacksmiths. it has a charming and chequered history which is reflected in its character.
