The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Airport transfers available. Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

With it's exposed oak beams, log fireplace and hot tub, this is a special place to relax in comfort and unwind. We aim to provide a luxurious stay in this 3 bedroom barn conversion which can sleep up to 6 people. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and we use B-Corp bedding, shampoos & conditioners.

We are is a hotel, but this is an extension of our family home If you wish to leave you car, if you are flying from Stansted, we can offer long-term parking for £10/day (vs £25/day at Stansted Airport). Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

St Peter's Cottage, Essex countryside

New build house in outstanding countryside location. Half acre (2000 m2) garden surrounded by open fields with views across the Blackwater River valley in every direction. The house is located next to the ancient monument of St Peter's Church, dating from the 11th century and now a stained glass artists studio.

Beautiful riverside Tudor house

Wivenhoe is an undiscovered gem on the Essex/ Suffolk boarder, a sailing town full of artists and eccentrics! It is a great mix of tranquil riverside charm and holiday buzz, with plenty of great little restaurants, pubs and shops. The house is Tudor, built 1580. Lovingly restored and very cozy!
